ASC may also, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate services or access to any deliverables if the client fails to make payments when due or violates any other material obligation under these Terms.
Effect of Termination:
Upon termination, the client agrees to immediately pay all outstanding fees for services rendered up to the effective date of termination. ASC will have no obligation to provide further services or deliverables after the effective date of termination.
